Study Materials — Class & Subject-wise

Set a category-wise Drive link for each class + subject. Each student only sees the materials for their class and subjects. You can also upload a CSV or Excel to save all materials at once.

Each row = one Class + Subject. Columns: Class, Subject, Code, then for every category an (English) and (Hindi) Drive-link column — e.g. Chapter Wise Notes (English), Chapter Wise Notes (Hindi), Question Bank (English), Question Bank (Hindi) … The system auto-splits each row into English & Hindi material — every student (April / October / Stream 2 / On-Demand / SYC) sees the material for their own medium. Tap "Sample CSV" for the ready template.

Hall Ticket Status

This status shows on every student's dashboard (not per-student). When NIOS releases it, select "Released" here.

The student downloads it from NIOS using their enrollment number. Setting it to "Released" here updates the Hall Ticket card status for every student.

AI Counselor — Knowledge Base

The MVS Counselor AI answers from this. Whatever you add here, the AI uses it to answer all students' questions (in their language).

Students who enrolled themselves. Verify the payment (UTR/screenshot) and Approve, or Reject if incorrect. On approval the student becomes verified — then open them under Students to set reference/class.

Student problems — reply/resolve quickly. Resolved complaints appear only when searched.
